Terms and conditions of the 10+10 postfone Promotion
The following terms and conditions of the postfone 10+10 postfone Promotion are in addition to and form part of the general terms and conditions of postfone’s Prepay Mobile Telecommunications Service (“General Terms”) which are displayed on www.postfone.ie. In the event of any conflict between the General Terms and these terms and conditions the General Terms shall prevail.
1.1 In these terms and conditions: “Promotion” means postfone’s 10+10 postfone Promotion;
“Promotion Period” means twelve months from connecting to our network;
“Phased Credit” means €120 (one hundred and twenty euro) Credit applied over the course of the Promotion Period by monthly Credits of €10 (ten euro) for twelve months.
1.2 Words and phrases defined in the General Terms shall bear the same meanings in these terms and conditions unless otherwise defined.
2. Customers are eligible to avail of the Promotion where they connect to postfone in select Post Offices. Customers who have left our network at any time within thirty (30) days of connecting to postfone will not be eligible to avail of the Promotion.
3. Customers who avail of the Promotion are entitled to Phased Credit for
the Promotion Period.
4. If you avail of the Promotion you are eligible for the Phased Credit on condition that you remain a customer of postfone for the Service.
5. If you avail of the Promotion you are eligible for the Phased Credit
on condition that you pay a minimum of €10 (ten euro) Credit into your account in one purchase every month of the Promotional Period excluding any addition of Credit to your account as a result of a promotion or any Credit from postfone which has not been paid for.
6. If you cancel your agreement for the Service at any time before you have
used all the Phased Credit you will not be entitled to payment for unused Phased Credit or a refund of unused Phased Credit or compensation in any form for unused Phased Credit.
7. We can withdraw the Promotion at any time by notice with immediate effect on our website. When the Promotion is withdrawn customers who have availed of the Promotion prior to the date of withdrawal will continue to receive the Phased Credit for the remainder of the Promotion
Period, subject to their compliance with the terms and conditions, but no other customers will be able to avail of the Promotion.
8. You are reminded of the limitation on liability and other terms of the General Terms, available on www.postfone.ie, which apply to the Promotion.
Terms and conditions of the 20+20 Switch to Postfone Promotion:
The following terms and conditions of the Postfone 20+20 Switch to Postfone Promotion are in addition to and form part of the general terms and conditions of Postfone’s Prepay Mobile Telecommunications Service (“General Terms”) which are displayed on www.postfone.ie. In the event of any conflict between the General Terms and these terms and conditions the General Terms shall prevail.
1.1 In these terms and conditions: “Promotion” means Postfone’s 20+20 Switch to Postfone Promotion;
“Promotion Period” means twelve months from porting to our network;
“Bonus Credit” means €240 (two hundred and forty euro) Credit applied over the course of the Promotion Period by monthly Credits of €20 (twenty euro) for twelve months.
1.2 Words and phrases defined in the General Terms shall bear the same meanings in these terms and conditions unless otherwise defined.
2. Customers are eligible to avail of the Promotion where they port their mobile phone number from another Irish mobile network. Customers who have left our network at any time within thirty (30) days of porting their mobile phone number from another Irish mobile network will not be eligible to avail of the Promotion.
3. Customers who avail of the Promotion are entitled to Bonus Credit for
the Promotion Period.
4. If you avail of the Promotion you are eligible for the Bonus Credit on condition that you remain a customer of Postfone for the Service.
5. If you avail of the Promotion you are eligible for the Bonus Credit on condition that you pay a minimum of €20 (twenty euro) Credit into your account in one purchase every month of the Promotional Period excluding any addition of Credit to your account as a result of a promotion or any Credit from postfone which has not been paid for. Bonus Credit as part of this offer is valid for only 30 days. Unused Bonus Credit cannot be carried forward. Bonus credit is used only after all paid for credit has been used. Existing customers transferring tariffs will lose any accrued allowance.
6. If you cancel your agreement for the Service at any time before you have used all the Bonus Credit you will not be entitled to payment for unused Bonus Credit or a refund of unused Bonus Credit or compensation in any form for unused Bonus Credit.

100/250 Call & Text Bundle
The following terms and conditions of the postfone 100/250 Call & Text Bundle postfone Promotion are in addition to and form part of the general terms and conditions of postfone’s Prepay Mobile Telecommunications Service (“General Terms”) which are displayed on www.postfone.ie. In the event of any conflict between the General Terms and these terms and conditions the General Terms shall prevail.
- Under the Call and Text Bundle offer, you will receive 100 minutes and 250 texts once a month every month when you top up a minimum of €20 in one go.
- The Call and Text Bundle bought has a 30-day expiry period. If you have any outstanding units when this time window expires, these units will also expire and will not be rolled over into the next month or bundle.
- In order to benefit from the Call and Text Bundle once your monthly bundle expires, you must once again top up by €20 or more in one go.
- If you top up before the time window expires – i.e. while your Call and text Bundle is still active - your account will be credited with normal paid-for credit. You cannot receive an additional Call and Credit Bundle within 30 days of it last being awarded..
- If you top up by less than €20, your account will be credited with normal paid-for credit.
- You may use your Call & Text bundle for calls & texts (up to the maximum number in your bundle) to any Irish network, whilst you are in the Republic of Ireland.
- You may not use your Call & Text Bundles to call or text international numbers or while you are roaming outside the Republic of Ireland. Standard charges will apply for these uses.
- Additional credit will be required to use other services (for example international/roaming calls or texts, premium rate numbers or calls to directory enquiries).
- If you leave the network by moving your number to another network you will lose any remaining minutes and/or texts in your bundle. No refund for unused calls or texts will be given.
10. If your service is suspended or terminated you may lose your Bundle. No refund for unused minutes and/or texts will be given.
11. All charges are inclusive of VAT.
12. We reserve the right to suspend or cease this bundle offer and to amend and modify these terms and conditions, including top up requirements or bundle duration without notice for any legitimate commercial, technical or operational reason.
